The Tactical Thermal division of ATN Corp prides itself as a complete turnkey facility that has a complete portfolio of capabilities. Our engineers design and layout our state of the art circuits using Orcad solftware and send our boards to be manufactured only minutes from our facility so we have total control over quality and delivery. We also write the software and firmware that supports and controls our systems using multiple code languages.

Our mechanical engineers use the latest Solidworks CAD 3D modeling software to design our revolutionary thermal and night vision systems. From there the models are sent to either molding or our CAM station where code is generated and sent to one of our CNC machines on line in our manufacturing cell.

After parts are molded or machined they are checked for quality, plated and finsihed them sent to one of our ISO standardized assembly lines. Our trained technical staff uses the latest lean manufacturing techniques to build and check every system so that we deliver to you the best products at the best price
